I have played this game over 5 years. Before you start know that an ad pops up after almost EVERY play. When you open to play you have to go thru several! I used to LOVE this game - great graphics, a fun, fun game!
A few years ago they started taking good collections that we need to get tools / passes to play away. Now it seems every update they TAKE more, and definitely give less! Basically pushing you to pay-to-play! They have added more and more mini games that you can’t get the ‘good stuff’ unless you pay. I barely play anymore, but be warned. If ads annoy you stay away…

Game keeps kicking me out for no reason whatsoever, find it very disrespectful.
Brian Bontrager here once again. Game keeps kicking me out for no reason whatsoever, and I highly find this very disrespectful. Wish this game would stop kicking me out every damn time. It does this to me every day, as I’m sick and tired of being kicked out of the game. How many players have experienced this when kicked out of a game? It’s annoying, disrespectful and unprofessional. I’m getting sick and tired of being kicked out for no reason whatsoever. Please help me out, and get rid of this bug, glitch and other issues. Thanks!

Great Game but too expensive
I genuinely love seekers note it has helped me cope with my anxiety and depression and even postpartum depression I had experienced. It feels like a magical experience every time I play.
How ever Prices and in-game costs keep increasing while players receive less for their rubies. For example, you get less arrows for rubies now ? Like why ??Some packages and passes cost $30, $40, $50, or even $60, which is ridiculous for an online game.
Yes, purchases are technically optional, and some items can be earned, but completing events without spending money requires playing practically all day, every day. I have a job and children—I cannot devote my entire day to a mobile game. Events should be realistically achievable for regular players without requiring excessive spending or nonstop play.
As some one who has been a seekers note player for 12 + years I truly enjoy this game and want to continue playing, but I’m beginning to feel priced out. Please make the events more reasonable, provide better value for rubies, and remember that loyal players have lives outside the game.

I love the game…
But there are way too many pop-ups to get us to buy this and that, even though being repeatedly told NO. And no chances to quickly earn vital resources such as energy!

I have iOS and followed your instructions. I love this game and would love to update it but it won’t. I restarted my phone went to app store hit update and it circles but goes back to update again.
Love this game
Been playing for nearly 10 years and still enjoying all aspects of this game. I have seen many changes, some for the good, others not so! I love the way the developers are always adding new ideas to the game. Some may complain but I feel we have to move forward with innovative approaches to keep up the interest of us old time players. Thanks for helping us thru COVID and beyond with free time, half passes and groups!

Losing the Love
I have been playing this game since just after it started. I have loved this game for years but I have fallen out of love. Knowing they make a lot of money off people they now give you less for your money and the deals are few and far between.
It is sad because for the most part the updates are good but it is no longer enjoyable when money has come over enjoying the game.

I love this game BUT ads way too many!!!!! And the price of extras?? WTH. It’s a tough time in the world and you’re making it impossible for people to play.
Game needs to stop freezing on me, annoying blue spinning wheel, etc…
Brian Bontrager here once again. Freezing game on me every time is just annoying. Wish you’d remove any frozen freezing screens, the little annoying blue spinning wheel, etc… ….this has happened to me multiple times every day and I’m just completely sick and tired of this, getting on my nerves every single time. There any way that you could remove any bugs, glitches, freezing, spinning or other annoying issues that I’m experiencing from now on out? Please take this in consideration and try to remove them all at once. Thanks so much!

Too many things going on, so glitches
I used to enjoy this game but now it’s just annoys me. There are too many side games going on, so often there are glitches. Every update brings unnecessary changes that do not enhance, and often spoil, the game. You are given ‘tasks’ which are impossible to complete due to poor algorithms. I only stay now because of my guild but am now so fed up I think I will probably leave. The developers ask for but take no notice of feedback and constantly bombard players with ‘offers’ trying to get them to spend money.

This game is challenging and fun but the CONSTANT ADS are getting VERY annoying. I’m about to delete it because I’m so tired of being asked if I want to “buy” an upgrade.
Great game, just too many pop-ups
This game is fun, has variety (mostly hidden picture, but also some merge and matching games that are always available). The graphics are absolutely gorgeous; it’s really fun to learn each new location and see all the lovely detailed objects and scenes. If you’re willing to wait for energy to refill once in a while, you don’t need to spend any money to play, although I’ve made a few purchases to support the developers, as the game has given me many hours of pleasure. My only complaint is the EGREGIOUS frequency of pop-ups for in-game purchases. I understand they need folks to spend a little money to pay the developers for their time and talents, but it is too disruptive to gameplay and becomes obnoxious. (They don’t interrupt individual games, but show up before or after almost every game.) I also don’t want to be asked if I’m SURE I don’t want an offer after I’ve already declined it. But, obviously, I tolerate it because the games are so good.

Disappointed long term player
I have played Seekers Notes for over 5 years. I have loved this game. The rooms are so beautiful and thoughtful. This game is a refuge from the storm of life. However, over the past year they have instituted changes that have sucked the joy out of Darkwood. They have doubled the price of basic purchases and instituted flashing lights into our screens. They obviously are searching for a different type of player than us. The people who play day after day and make purchases for fun. It’s just the saddest thing. Maybe they sold out.

Mytona has put the flashes back. Causing headaches and migraines in many players - stay away from the game til they listen and remove the flashes. Prices for everything in game have just increased by a lot. Getting expensive to play
