What’s New in 1.1.15 This update introduces powerful new discipleship tools, customizable community roles, Marketplace enhancements, and significant performance improvements throughout the app. New Features • Disciples View the believers walking with you through a private discipleship tree that expands one level at a time. Track the people you are discipling and those they are helping grow in Christ. • Custom Community Roles Church admins can now create custom roles with fine-grained permissions. Control access to invitations, moderation, giving, forms, and more while maintaining secure role hierarchy and server-side permission enforcement. • Marketplace Services & Professionals Marketplace now supports two new listing types: - Services for work you personally offer, such as tutoring, photography, or repairs. - Professionals for showcasing your practice, credentials, and expertise. Each listing can include multiple services with individual pricing. • Username Support Choose a unique username during onboarding or update it later from your profile. You can now sign in using either your email address or username. • Secure Email Changes Changing your email address now requires verification with a 6-digit code sent to your new email before the change is completed. Improvements • Unified Notifications All in-app notifications now use a consistent, modern notification card. • Faster Performance The Souls list, Soul Insights, Bible reader, Pilgrim's Journey, and Faithline feed now load noticeably faster, especially in larger communities. • Pinch to Zoom in the Bible Resize Scripture text naturally using pinch gestures while reading. • Better Media Playback Improved audio handling, screen wake support during playback, and personalized watch progress tracking. • Smoother Carousels Christian News and featured listings now scroll more smoothly. • Improved Christian News News headlines remain available after updates and refresh automatically once each day. • Consistent Post Menus The same options are now available whether viewing a post in the feed or on its detail page. • Enhanced Soul Insights Additional summary metrics and a more consistent dashboard layout. Fixes • Fixed onboarding getting stuck on the spiritual leader step. • Fixed permission-based actions, including Invite Member, not appearing for eligible users. • Fixed weekly community digest emails failing to send. • Fixed emails being sent to invalid addresses.
