What’s New in 1.1.16 This update brings a more personal way to start your day, better ways for the community to care for one another, and a smoother experience across Giving, Faithline, and Chat. New Features • Today A new daily summary now appears at the top of Faithline with your daily verse, unread messages, prayer partner, community updates, Souls activity, prayer requests, and newly joined brethren. When there is something worth sharing, Today can gently welcome you when you open the app. • How Are You Today? Share how you're feeling with your brethren. Choose from a range of feelings or write your own, and your feeling appears beside your name on posts, profiles, and the Brethren list for the day. You can remove it anytime, and it automatically clears after a day. • Souls Community Updates When a soul is recorded, the community can now receive a gentle update so brethren can pray. Multiple souls recorded during the same outreach are grouped into a single community update. Improvements • Smarter Notifications New Faithline post notifications are now grouped together instead of creating a separate notification for every post, making it easier to see what matters without overwhelming your notification list. • Improved Inbox and Chat Chat screens now have more consistent typography, headers, buttons, dialogs, timestamps, and online indicators. Chat images also load more efficiently. • Better Keyboard Behavior Dragging in Chat or the feelings selector now dismisses the keyboard naturally. • Improved Trainings Training statistics and cards have been refined for a cleaner and easier-to-read layout. • Feelings Across the Community Daily feelings are now visible in member lists and profiles, making it easier to know how your brethren are doing. • Smoother Faithline Faithline now scrolls as a single surface for a cleaner and more consistent experience. • Consistent Typography Page titles, buttons, and form labels now use the same typography throughout the app. • Performance Improvements Unused code was removed and several areas of the app were optimized, resulting in faster loading and a cleaner overall experience. Fixes • Fixed Giving records remaining pending after successful payments. • Fixed completed payments incorrectly showing as "Payment Processing." • Fixed the Reject action on gifts. • Fixed online gifts being incorrectly labeled as Cash. • Fixed group chat permissions showing Remove actions to members without the required permissions. • Fixed tapping a chat name doing nothing in certain conversations. • Fixed the Forward screen incorrectly showing your own name as the recipient. • Fixed missing profile photos appearing as blank spaces in chats, member lists, and search results. • Additional stability and performance improvements.
