Janky App
Payment methods are so confusing. Coupon codes location doesn’t seem intuitive. 4 different payment options, some which don’t complete on the app and bring you to seelbachs website. No way to edit your account default information, no way to save a CC, no way to save addresses. I reached out to Seelbachs about my issues and got not response.

This is my fourth purchase from Seelbach’s and the experience from start to finish has been absolutely amazing! From the craft selection to the staff and support. You couldn’t find a better store to deal with. I still go to my favorite store by me for the Wellers, Mitchers etc, but if craft Bourbon is on your list, Seelbach’s is a must!!

Love that you can save favorite's on the app, the main website doesn’t look like you can do that, always great service. Pricing is fair and selection is great with indie brands and not the typical boring liquor store crap.

Processed my payment but never sent bourbon
Used the app. Paid $100+ for a bourbon. They never sent the product. 8 days later order not fulfilled, sent or received. No communication explaining why it was held up. Got my money though.
Never released the bourbon
I love this bourbon and site! And was standing by for them to re-release the bottle of double barrel bourbon and wanted to be notified as soon as we could add to cart. They promoted it would start at July 21st 3:00 EST and it never happened. 🥲
Not good
Was excited when the app opened as it looked very polished. Unfortunately, the UI is quite poor with the various ‘collections’ incomplete, lots of rubbish in various filter areas, no ability to only see in-stock items, etc, etc. I find it much more efficient to use their full site even on my phone, which defeats the point of having an app.
They get a lot of things right at Seelbach’s; hopefully they’ll figure this out sooner rather than later.
