I can't get into the app

Every time I try to open the app, it always says "failed to connect, connection poor." when I literally have good wifi so please fix your wifi and connection.

Also please address the goddamn issue. Not replying to these complaints aren't helping you btw, people will ONLY complan MORE, you can either fix this issue or leave it

I love this app but for a while now it always says poor network environment and this is by far one of the best ai apps but I can no longer open it no matter what I’ve even deleted and re downloaded and tried different networks but it always says the same thing I hope this gets fixed please
