Cool app but glitches
Every time I went to add my own photo the app shut down. Can’t even use it ???
Crashes when I try to upload a photo
I used to love this app, but now it’s unusable because it crashes and closes any time I try to add a photo or video to a template. Can you please fix it? 🙏

I loved the original Facetune app years ago, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, this version does none of what it promises. Edits look awful, the app is nearly unusable without starting a “free” trial, and canceling the subscription was nearly impossible due to technical issues. I was charged $77 for an app used for less than five minutes on day one. I’ve contacted support and requested a refund— and was denied!! Check the screen time for proof. This review isn’t just frustration, it’s a warning. Be cautious. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Won’t export more than 2 frames
This has never worked. Whenever I create a post that has more than 2 drop in frames, it only saves 2. It doesn’t matter if they are video clips or pictures, I only get two. What a waste of $.
And I tried googling it, I tried looking for tutorials, didn’t find any. Customer service email only works if I have apple mail set up on my phone. I can’t copy the email address and go to my own email. WTH?

Developer has ABANDONED this APP!
WOW! Idk how Apple is allowing apps like this to still remain in the App Store?! They haven’t updated or added anything new to the app in OVER A YEAR!!
Missing features to make this truly useful
This has a lot of potential but it is missing features to make it truly useful in a business setting. For example , why is there no way to control slide duration? I had to take my project into Premiere Rush to edit timing and stitch them all together. Also no way to add sound or music. This is critical.
Also, there no way to export story as one single video instead of separate parts. I could see why you might want them separate but this should be a user choice in the export options not a default.
Last, and in some ways this feels the biggest oversight you can’t duplicate a project. This is essential if you want to make different versions of the same story and test their effectiveness, especially as ads.
If the developers make some of these changes and I’d give them more stars but for now it doesn’t feel like the complete package I need for my business.

Charged my account without informing me
I didn't even know I had this subscription - I may have used this once or twice but haven't touch it in a year. I can't even find a place to cancel whatever it is they are charging me for. Do not download this app.

I purchased a year subscription about 6 months ago and the app hasn’t created any new templates for the last 5 months. The app could be great but it seems it’s been abandoned by the developers. I was not told it would no longer be operating and my subscription would have automatically renewed. That’s a really shady thing to do.

So I love photography so I downloaded the bundle. Just for anyone who is looking to see if this is a good app beware that the creator didn't think it through. It wants you to make a subscription to share your photo!! You can just screenshot it and crop the area around the photo out!! Lol, this cracks me up. Anyway this overall it a good app though not everyone can afford the subscription so I wouldn't make all of the apps “free” and have in-app purchase.

Seen makes life as a business owner so much easier. Making promo material is so fun and easy with seen. Please make a feature for feed posts as well!!!!!! I’ll gladly pay more. That’s just a bummer right now that we can only use it for stories as there is no other format available.

Good App but needs improvement
I love the app, it has a lot of beautiful designs. The only issue I have is with the text function. I wish there was a way it can adjust the text box size without adjusting the size of the font. If I want to copy and paste a paragraph I would have to put spaces to create a paragraph. Also idk why all my title fonts are super pixelated. Another issue with the text is that sometimes it’s hard to align is straight when I resize the text. I wish there’s a way it can snap back to straight. I really hope they can fix these issues.
