I subscribed to your app based on the advertised features claiming that I would be able to track online activity and receive notifications. However, after completing the payment, I was informed that I must link my own WhatsApp account in order to use these features. This important requirement was not clearly disclosed before the purchase.

Had I known that linking my WhatsApp account was mandatory, I would not have subscribed to the service. Since this essential condition was only presented after payment, I request an immediate full refund.
