Instructions clear as mud.... link this with link that... click on this link.... switch your phone on..... it's already ON as if it wasn't I couldn't open the QR code. Worst thing I've ever bought.... Avoid like the plague!!!!

Had this camera for 4 years took me forever to link to camera than it crashed.

Just a camera
I actually got it to connect and work after an hour, long process for sure and complex. I also say it’s just a camera cause is, the picture button clicks, but doesn’t take pictures. Same thing with the video button, also useless. The microphone button everytime I try to use it to crashes and closes the app for me 🙃. 2 stars only because I got it to work and can see what my cat is doing anywhere with horrible quality.

Camera and instructions are horrible. Website is not reachable. Tried for a week to connect with he camera without success. The instructions are not very well written. I threw the camera in the garbage as they refuse to take it back.

The instructions are useless!! We are unable to connect these four cameras. Any suggestions to help with this problem?? The camera video doesn’t work. We are unable to data enter a uid number bcz there isn’t one on the package or instructions!!
We have no idea how to send them back and we’ve lost our funds due to horrible instructions and installation!!! Probably would not suggest buying this!!!

Refund on cam is requested or show that it works . If you had ZERO Review I would use that to rate it. Consumer Affairs will be notified of poor quality of everything. The camera , the App, the lack of ability to sync cam with anything. Poor quality rip off it seems.

Rubbish scam camera
I agree with the previous person who also got ripped off. Why do Amazon and FBK promote such rubbish products without at least testing them? The manual is hardly readable and it is impossible to connect to the device via WiFi…I wouldn’t trust the security now either
