Jam packed

Just putting my toe in and finding there’s huge breadth and depth in this app by way of records and capabilities to understand challenging concepts. Impressive!

This app will change the World!

I spend hour each day, searching the scriptures using various apps and resources. The features of this app are so amazing, because it has them all, perfectly integrated and contains Abel which is beyond anything I have ever seen. It opens up the scripture unlike anything I have ever seen. Worth every penny. It will change your life forever.

Increased knowledge

This app has been a game changer. I’m learning things that I missed in my regular scripture study, and the fact that you can cross reference with all books using Abel is amazing!!

Response from developer

This is exactly why SEER exists — those cross-book connections are where the most gets missed in a normal linear read, and ABEL was built to surface them. Thank you for studying with it. If you ever hit a question ABEL can't reach, email me directly at Jordan@seerscriptures.com — I read every one. — Jordan

Priestcraft

AI slop. Scriptures behind a paywall is disgusting. Priestcraft.

Response from developer

Thank you for caring this much about the word of God — I mean that sincerely. I want to correct the record for anyone reading: the scriptures in SEER are free. The whole standard canon — Bible, Book of Mormon, D&C, Pearl of Great Price — plus the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Nag Hammadi, and much more, opens with no account, no subscription, and no paywall of any kind. Reading scripture here will never cost a cent. What a subscription supports is optional: the AI study assistant, the premium audio narration, the advanced research tools that cost real money to run, and much more. You named priestcraft. 2 Nephi 26:29 defines priestcraft as preaching "that they may get gain and praise of the world; but they seek not the welfare of Zion." Giving the scriptures away free is the welfare of Zion. That's a line I won't cross. If any part of the app ever feels like it's gating God's word, email me directly at Jordan@seerscriptures.com. I would love to hear your feedback on how we can make SEER better. — Jordan

Searchable apocryphal content is huge

This app provides Greek and Hebrew language insights and an insightful AI resource to prepare lessons and study the gospel - apocryphal searching including Gospel of Thomas and Book of the Nem to name 1/100th of its potential - founding member

Response from developer

"One-hundredth of its potential" might be the truest thing anyone has written about SEER — there is so much more coming to the apocryphal corpus and the Hebrew/Greek layer. Thank you for being a founding member and for seeing what this is meant to become. You helped make it possible. — Jordan

Finally!

I’m so glad this app exists. It’s really helpful to have so many important written works gathered in one place instead of having to search all over for them. The app is easy to use, and I love being able to listen to, read, search, and compare different texts without bouncing between websites and trying find reliable files. The Abel feature is a spot on example of using AI for good. The answers are grounded in scripture, not words of man. Such a needed resource.

Response from developer

"Grounded in scripture, not the words of man" — that is the entire design goal of ABEL, and knowing you felt it means more than I can say. Gathering these texts into one place so no one has to hunt reliable files across the web was the original itch that started SEER. Thank you for being here. — Jordan

The scripture study app I always wanted

This personal project turned into the scripture study app I always wished existed. If you like using Gospel Library, you will love using SEER. Give it a try and make sure to give Abel a spin and ask him your toughest doctrinal questions.
