Beware of possible security issues
You have to provide an email address and make your location available to create an account. It also wants access to your photos and videos. It appears that access to your camera is controlled through a Chinese company called PPSTRONG. You cannot connect to your camera without internet access even if on the same wifi network. Operation is quirky at best. Possibly creating security issues.

At first doorbell was working great then my visitor’s started to say it’s door bell ring got very low and no sound was transferred to my phone to alarm me someone’s at the door unless I was in the app checking it then I could here sound from doorbell visitors and no YouTube videos how to trouble shoot the problem and hardware screw were so small that once in place couldn’t remove because they were damage

I’ve got four cameras that won’t work for some reason. I’ve called and have not helped to solve the problem so I’m not sure I’m going to buy this product anymore
