Bait and switch
Not impressed. I actually subscribed several weeks ago when the previous app stopped working. I had my calendar setup and even had a good streak going with reminders set. Today the old app was installed-which I never authorized-and offer this app. Everything that I was currently working on-gone-not cool people. I’m sure others can say the same thing. BTW-make sure you cancel their other subscription. That was also an unauthorized subscription.

I am so sorry for the headache here. Unfortunately, we were stuck between a rock and a hard place. I initially launched the new Seer app on top of our old app, which has been around for 16 years. A lot of people liked it, but ultimately, the negative reviews made it clear that people wanted the old app back. So I switched it back and launched the new app separately, and that made some people (understandably) upset. Hopefully, the current arrangement can lead to happy users of both apps in the long run. Thanks for your patience and support.
