When see thru is in mobile date then all the footage of camera wont work it says connection fail but in wifi it work properly soo please help to fix this issue
Poor app maintenance
I chose Godrej considering the brand name and Godrej failed me. App timing get differed from actual and is not reliable.
Server getting down frequently
We are getting server down many times recently. Can you please check and clear this?
Pathetic App. I am badly regretting my decision of buying Godrej CCTV.
I had a need of remote CCTV surveillance and for that I opted to go for Godrej CCTV. I opted for 13 camera setup. Now, when I checked the iOS app, it simply useless. The experience is the worst across board. It’s better to go for any other brands than Godrej and it’s due to the pathetic experience of the application. I wonder how Godrej is even surviving in this market.

Not sure if I get any assistance from see thru team/ as I have see thru CCTV installed at my residence in India, and it’s also connected with wifi so that the family members may check the situation 24/7, but we have noticed that from last couple of weeks, that the footages are showing of a different premise of a different location/ perhaps an overseas location where we can see something written in different language, other than Indian/
We have tried to uninstall the entire app and have done some troubleshooting few times yet on this remote/ cloud based app I still see other premise views and I have no clue at all, whom to turn to for assistance.

Lousy experience
I installed Godrej security cameras 2 weeks back with a clear expectation that I want to be able to view remotely on my mobile (both live and playback).
The app is completely unstable, shuts down repeatedly. Playback doesn’t work at all.
I am regretting my decision to switch to this from my earlier set up from mydlink.

The app is not logging in and always cannot connect to server. Very poor app service
Doesn’t work on 4G
The Godrej seethru app is very difficult to run on 4g. Runs smoothly on wifi even with low bandwidth. When I connect phone via other phones hotspot app runs smoothly again. But is not able to connect on 4g. Some update is required. App developers need to fix this issue.
Keeps Refreshing
Most of times App keeps refreshing and login into the live view is slow as hell . Will never buy Godrej product ever . Dahua and Hikvision keeps updating their apps , they are more reliable in terms of support. Pathetic Godrej
Security hazard
This app does not work well. Some days it works and some days it doesn’t even log in. Just keeps refreshing. And on emergency days if you need to check live footage, good luck, the app might work or just might not. Given how expensive Godrej rig is this is unacceptable.
Update March 2019 - now the remote playback feature has stopped working on the app. So if you want to playback and see who took my money or who moved something, you can’t. This is horrible. I am surprised, Godrej has not even bothered to take note of this.

Very bad experience
It isn’t working.. the dvr’s are not showing in the app at all since 2 days
Just functional, not much use
I regret preferring Godrej security systems over hik-vision or Honeywell for home surveillance. Neither the Godrej app nor the DVR firmware has any functional progress.

After the new version has been updated the live videos are working like playback and the playback isn’t working at all.. badly needs another update
