I have not gotten the libraries that I have paid for and there’s no way to contact the company. Links for contacts take you to a different company

Great app but…

This is a great app. As a BCBA that provides one-on-one therapy this is fantastic. However, I wish there was a way to create a folder for each client instead of having to search every time I am looking for a specific lesson.

Email request for assistance went unanswered. Very disappointed!

Not working correctly

I purchased a bunch of libraries and set up lessons with exercises prompts etc but now when I go to play the lesson in play mode the pictures are not showing even though they are showing in the thumbnails in edit mode. The different libraries are still showing as purchased just not showing up when I go to use them. So frustrating. - the money and the time that I put in to setting these lessons up :#
