Excellent, much better in Belgium than competitors

As a foreigner I stumbled on parking with no Belgian phone number or Belgian bank account. Seety is efficient and flexible. Congrats.

Not able to pay with Ideal

I never had a problem until recently. The app started crashing even after deleting and reinstalling. It is not possible to use a debit card or ideal except you can use ideal to put an amount on your Seety account. In the Netherlands, or for that matter, not everyone has a credit card….

Expensive UX Failure

Don‘t use this app! The UI has a huge bug: My parking session could not be stopped PLUS push messages told me that it will automatically stop. Next day I realised that it did not stop and I had to pay a lot of money for the time exceedance. Only then the stop button was visible. I sent multiple mails to the support and never got an answer.
