J’ai réservé avec Zenpark - porte d’Orléans - Zenpark m’a facturé ET le propriétaire saemes m’a facturé aussi! Zenpark est très difficile à contacter pour le résoudre!
Aweful company and service
They left myself and my pregnant wife stranded as the space/spaces they sold us were full. They said I could have my money back only if I proved I parked somewhere else. Luckily I had a receipt - but then they ignored me and didn’t refund me. Scum
Be careful, no phone support!!
I used the app a few times and it’s usually reliable. But a few weeks ago we had a very dangerous situation. We got stuck at a parking and the app was not responding or allowing us to open the door and leave. We were trapped and there’s no support or emergency assistance number. It was a very unpleasant situation. After 30-45 mins luckily someone opened the garage door and we were able to leave.
