Disappointed
I don’t understand why I can’t do this as just a simple, user and owner and not an entrepreneur. I should at least be able to locate my Segway-Ninebot at any time in case it were stolen. I can lock it with the app, but it doesn’t lock it it, just prevent you from, jumping on it and taking off but all you have to do is fold the handle by down click it to the back tire and walk away with it or put it in your trunk or car and takeoff. It doesn’t weigh very much. I’m on my fourth scooter the first three were stolen. I figured if I went with Segway, it would be different and I read online. I would have an app and features like that but I don’t have many at all. If I run in a store and lock it and someone picks it up and starts walking away with it it doesn’t even tell me anything. The only time it does is if someone tries moving the wheels the wheels move perfectly fine just a little slower and it doesn’t always alert me, depending on the distance or how far I walk into Walmart while I’m shopping. It’s scary. I had to buy an apple AirTag and duct tape it underneath. I shouldn’t have to do that.

This app could never connect by Bluetooth. However another app Device Finder could find the Ninebot easily.
