Blank screen
The app is good but recently when I open it a blank screen I see without any options, please help thank you.

Useless
Like many apps developed by the government here, this one doesn’t seem to work without hours spent in troubleshooting their software problems for them. I set up my password, but then I can’t log in with it. I try to change my password with my MRN, but then the app says that my MRN and iqama number don’t match. I call their national help number, but the employees don’t know how to solve the problem. In the end, I save time by just driving to the hospital and speaking face-to-face with an employee like we’re still in the 1970s.

How do we access the Aldara medical records on this? As I believe it was supposed to be transferred.
