Surprisingly helpful

Quick and easy to use. Personalized insights based on my core values. One of the few apps I think helps me which is why I keep using it.

Only a facade

My company uses this program to make it look like they care about the mental health of their employees, when in truth, they don’t. Checking into the app does nothing but record for your own records. If you report a bad day, it recommends you call someone else for help. Yet my company gets data from the program and uses it to misrepresent the mental health of their employees company as a whole in a quarterly newsletter. Kind of pointless if you ask me. More about optics than truly caring about mental health.

Self-generated good feels

When I first started using Seity I did so because I thought my work wanted me to. Very soon I would realize how much I was benefiting from my daily interactions. The Seity app helped me take time and steps to focus on myself, my health and my overall wellbeing.

Health enthusiast

The Seity Health app brings my wellbeing to the forefront everyday. I appreciate knowing my Core Values and picking an affirmation. The app is helpful.

An application focussed on wellbeing

The Seity program has allowed me to take ownership over my mental health! I’ve been able to become more in tune with my emotions and learn how to empathize with others around me.

I not only can impact people in my personal life, but it’s allowed me to impact people in my work environment!

Love the new features

I appreciate the gentle nudges to check-in on my wellbeing. Life gets so busy and taking a couple of minutes to prioritize my wellbeing has become such as easy and useful practice.
The affirmations tool is personal to my core values and I love being able to get positive messages every day.

Doesn’t help my mental health

Our company implemented this program last fall. In this time, it has done more harm than good. Not only have I seen the same person win the monthly drawing more than once, but it keeps rubbing in how much terrible I am for not being more active, not eating as well as I should, not having friends, etc. this world has been so much into anti bullying lately, and now we have an app that is bullying you for not being the perfect picture of mental health.
