Seizure Pages replaces a paper seizure diary with a simple way to record, review, and share seizure events. Use it to create seizure entries on iPhone, add notes with typing or speech, review history by date, and export a report when you need to share information. Apple Watch can also be used for quick capture and send entries to iPhone.
