No sounds unless you physically unmute phone

Took forever to figure out but there is no audio unless the switch is flipped to not be set to volume. Please update so that sound works while phone is on vibrate

The app is good and has good content, the only problem is it closes only every time I try to use the microphone. I hope this problem will be resolved soon.

App constantly crashes at first lesson and resets instructions

Every time you try to do the first lesson in the app, it crashes. Also, the app ‘resets’ i.e. the beginner usage instructions keep reappearing every time you open the app after it crashes.

Bug. Microphone feature doesn’t work

Really wanted to use this app, but doesn’t work.
Everytime, I click on the microphone to record I am exited out of the entire app.

Please fix this bug soon so I can download the app and use it.

Bug

I was pretty excited to try the app since I have heard a lot of good things and it seems very informative, however when I start the lesson and press the microphone to record the pronunciation, the app just closes out on its own. I have tried multiple times and it just keeps taking be back to my Home Screen. Ko am quite disappointed because it seemed really fun to use. But I can’t even get past the first work of the first lesson. I hope they fix it soon.

Working so so...

I kind of like the app, the selection of the lesson is pretty good and the app is relatively easy to use, BUT it doesn’t work well when I use the vocal tool. This is a pity bc this is one of the reason why I use this app instead of an other...

So cool!

I love that it grades your pronunciation and the flash cards for each lesson are very helpful. I just wish I could connect it to google or my 세종 account. The connect feature does not work for some reason.

Good app

I downloaded this app a few days ago and I really like it. When you learn a new word there are drawings to help you understand what it means. Keep in mind when you get this app it is helpful to already know the Korean alphabet and a few simple words. Since this app is only in Korean you will learn the language faster. I encourage any to give it a try and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Worthless used of memory in phone

Downloading this app has been the worthless ise of space in my phone, it doesn’t not work, can’t connect using Google, Facebook or the app itself to login and save my progress.

Can’t even upload a profile photo! It’s so sloooooow from going to one step to the next one...totally useless. I think you’ll be better off using Google translate or Papago’s app voice feature.

High hopes but useless.

I don’t think that this app has been user tested.
Just cannot get it to work.
Nothing seems to respond and there are no clear instructions on how to navigate around the app. Score 0.2 out of 10.

So disappointed.

Seems to be a good apps...

But I had some trouble with the audio. I could not hear anything. No sound at all... It’s a shame cause the app seems pretty good. Good presentation, good interface, good style...

Helps me speak more confidently!

I’ve always been self conscious of my pronunciation when speaking with natives but this app has helped a quite a bit with my pronunciation and becoming more comfortable in speaking Korean with my exchange partner. I’ve definitely gotten better thanks to this app!

Difficult to record

Covers a lot of good information. Conversations are realistic and easy to follow. Only problem is the pronunciation is insanely hard compared to how Rosetta Stone was. Close to impossible to get within 90% of native speaker. No guidance either on how to improve your pronunciation. Just mimick as best you can approach.
