Perfect solution for businesses. No data or contact mining, vetting process and communicate with non Sekur users using chat by invite. Love the fact it sits on private Swiss servers outside of big tech, unlike WhatsApp signal or telegram. Well worth the price . I also use their email and VPN.

DO NOT SET UP ACCOUNT THERE IS NO SUPPORT
Please do not download and try and set up an account using this app. I followed all the steps which is easy to download the app you create your details and try and login. It asked me to verify my account which I did. It is then asked me to verify it about 20 times as it does not recognise. I have done so. there is no tech support. I get automated replies from bots and when a supposed person replies they completely disregard everything I have been saying for the past few days. I cannot login via the app it says my details are invalid. I cannot login via the website because it wants me to authorise over and over. I’ve supposedly done 20 times. I have asked to cancel my account over and over about I still get the standard bot reply. Stay away.

Cancel on Desktop
They should let you try before you buy. No customer service, phone number, or response to my emails that it’s not working. Bummer really thought it was great but apps don’t work at all. Password gets locked out and can’t send text or emails to nobody. Dissatisfied all together.

You need to go on a desktop to cancel.
Can’t create an account
I wish before you download the app that you’re told you have to pay a monthly or yearly service fee.
Can’t cancel
I couldn’t figure it out on my iPhone and now I’m stuck paying $7.50 a month on a service I don’t use. I don’t trust any company which allows you to start a free trial, create an account and charge you for their services on an iPhone, yet not allow you to cancel on said iPhone. I’ll have to call my credit card company in order to dispute this and get out of my contract. I swear, this day and age, you can’t trust anyone.

I did not like the features. I got it for my iPhone. You can down load to a phone, but to cancel, one needs a laptop. I don’t have one. So now what???? 😠

Does what it’s supposed to quite well, plus it has the whole Swiss privacy thing for peace of mind, which comes in handy in this day and age.
