One verse. One prayer. One quiet minute.
Selah is a calm, beautiful place to meet God each day — no clutter, no
noise, no feed to scroll. Just today's word, waiting for you.
HOW YOUR DAY BEGINS
Open Selah and it asks two gentle questions: how are you feeling, and how
close does God feel today? Then it gives you a prayer chosen for that
answer. Sad, stressed, tired, or grateful — the prayer meets you where you
actually are, not where you're supposed to be.
REMINDERS THAT UNDERSTAND TIME
A verse at 9am should not be the same as a verse at 10pm. Selah sends
morning hope in the morning and rest at night, drawn from the topics you
chose when you joined. Nothing repeats for two weeks. And once you've
prayed, Selah stops nudging — it will not nag you.

Selah is a word from the Psalms. Scholars still debate it, but most agree
it means something like: pause here, and reflect.
That's the whole idea.
