Selah has truly made me more conscious of my screentime it’s also amazing that I’m learning more about the Bible doing so.
Amazing App
I’ve tried everything to get my screen time down and nothing has worked. But for the first time in my life, this app genuinely got me off my phone and I started realizing how much time I was really wasting on it. The only knock I have is that I hadn’t gotten it sooner!
