Overpriced and Underwhelming - No Real Value

I subscribed to Shaadi Select after being told I'd get a dedicated professional who would enhance my profile, find suitable matches, and arrange phone calls directly with them. I was assured that these matchmakers had a limited number of clients so they could offer real attention and results.
In the 4.5 months I had this service, the only thing done was a rewritten 'About Me' section. No calls were arranged, no active help was given, and no effort was visible. Despite the high price and strong promises, the service felt like a scripted upsell — not a genuine effort to help.
Shaadi Select failed to deliver even basic expectations. I strongly advise others to save their money and avoid this misleading service.

Worst app and service

So for starters, I was approached for a select shaadi service which I didn’t receive at all. The service provider changed the representative like 4 times and they said they could not serve me as I was not born in India or USA. In my opinion this was a huge disappointment and discrimination even though I showed them my OCI and USA passport for verification. PLEASE STAY AWAY AND DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Waste of money

Our shaadi manager not at all addressed our needs. He gave few matches in the first 2-3 weeks and later started giving us some random matches. Even after conveying multiple times it was useless. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this app. We had both shaadi and select shaadi subscriptions and both are completely useless. NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE SHAADI

Waste of money and time

App is worst in user experience, when it comes to services, they didn’t respect your time whatsoever I said to advisor or supervisor they just don’t respect. They do whatever seems easy for them.

Useless service & advisor doesn’t reply back

Waste of money. Don’t subscribe. My select shaadi advisor don’t pick up my call and doesn't even reply back to my call. I just received automated email once a week which don’t my criteria.

Not worth it, fake profiles created.

From where I can start.❌

I paid around $ 500 for select shaadi cause they ask me to hire manager, who will actually talk to other party to match your partner preferences but the truth is stranger then fiction. My manager sends me 5 profile in a week and if I select 2 of them then what he says I will work on them, comes back to me like sorry they are not picking our phone, or they are no more our member then why do you send the profile when they are no more connected with you guys, looks like they created fake profiles who are actually not exciting in the world.

One of her team member named pooja, who suggested me to hire manager Rohit, I called pooja after 3 months of replies I got from my manager, and she said I am hospitalised and not working at the moment, and I don’t really think so that I am going to work soon, by the way she was facing diarrhoea. I remembered the time when she want me to pay for manager then she gave me around 15 calls in a day.

This is a lol site for matchmaking, so don’t waste your time & money here.
