This application is for patient who have undergone COVID-19 and have registered through hospital only.
Self Quarantine is an application for monitoring people who already undergone COVID-19 from hospital and need to do self-quarantine for 14 days. User has to report symptom daily in order to let monitoring team at hospital know if any severe symptom occurs to that particular user. The information collected by the application will be used by Central Chest Institute of Thailand (CCIT) and authorized organization for purposes of screening, monitoring, treatment and COVID-19 control. The data collected will not be released to the public in a way that can identify an identity of a user.
