YOUR JOURNAL, UNDER YOUR CONTROL
No account, ads, analytics, subscriptions or in-app purchases. Your journal is stored on your devices. Export a JSON backup, CSV report or readable text when you choose. Import a JSON backup to merge your saved history.
SelfMate does not automatically upload workout history to iCloud. Export a backup before uninstalling or changing devices.
OPTIONAL APPLE HEALTH
On Apple Watch, you can allow heart-rate and active-energy access during a workout and save that session to Apple Health. Manual set logging works without Health permission. Health sensor values are not included in SelfMate journals or exports.
The Watch app can log independently; paired-device synchronization requires SelfMate on your paired iPhone. iPad supports local logging and reports but does not pair directly with Apple Watch.
SelfMate is a workout journal, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
