Good app etc however, just can’t compete with the free ETF trades on other platforms.

I HATE the new app.

Bring back the old app. It was intuitive. The new app has too much information jammed into one screen. I am so over it! Bring back the old one. It was easy to use.

I have made a number of complaints via email non have been answered it’s taking weeks to sort out the issues

Room for improvement.

The delay in releasing the end of year statement for tax purposes is an issue for me. My tax is ready to go and has been for over a week (at the time of writing this review), except for still waiting on the Selfwealth statement. The other trading platform I use was able to get the statement out within days of the 1st July. In this electronic age, there’s no excuse for such a delay!
