Requesting a new REPAIR ASSISTANCE has never been easier: • Fill all the machine data and its operating status; • Describe the current status of your forklift; • Attach any photographs and videos that can better describe the problem; • Communicate the fault code and the working hours of the machine; • Attach your PO, if any, and communicate the desired date of intervention. Your request will be forwarded to the Service Team who will manage it and provide the best possible solution for your needs!
