Don’t trust the app
This was a very frustrating experience. The price shown in the app initially was completely misleading. After paying and wasting my time on the inspection, they drastically reduced the offer and then said the car would be placed in an auction.
The final offer was nearly 60% below the actual market value. The initial estimate clearly does not reflect reality and feels like a tactic to get customers through the door.
This process lacks transparency and feels deceptive. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before proceeding.
