Notifications
App literally does not send me notifications 25% of the time. My ratings have tanked cause I’ve missed two people at the door. I’ve literally never had this happen with any other app. Like seriously how is this a problem, how can you guys drop the bar so hard. And don’t tell me it’s my phone or Facebook settings, it’s not. I’ve done the research and done all the checks, and everything points to you guys developing a bad app.

Long awaited!
A few things I think could be added!
1. Be able to see the clicks per listing on the page where all the listings appear. That way you can see what items are doing the best
2. A way to easily lower the price on the list view of all items. That way you can lower each item easily

Love this app
Well thought out so far no kinks. So much more convenient than bouncing around in Facebook trying to answer multiple questions at once.

I’ve waited soooo long for a marketplace app cuz I hate Facebook but sell a lot of stuff! It’s easy to use, the only thing is I wish you could search for other items, it’s basically just a selling app, not for buying.

I am so glad they finally made this app but it needs a lot more improvement. It’s not straightforward, it’s confusing the messages are nowhere to be found it’s only under notifications. It’s hard to navigate the app but hopefully it will get better soon because this was much needed.

Create a Marketplace App
Seriously, Meta. This app is nice but Marketplace is about buying just as it is about selling. You need to create an app that is just solely Marketplace. We shouldn’t have to use the Facebook app and be subjected to all the congestion and annoyances of Facebook (reels, ads, suggested accounts, etc) just to get to the Marketplace (but I realize you guys want us to be low-functioning, social media addicted zombies, so you most likely have intended it to be this way).

Intuitive!
As a long time FB marketplace user, I really appreciate not having to go through FB the app to sell. It’s still a little glitchy and some things I think can be better ironed out but solid for its first launch.

Thanks FB! Doing something eBay hasn’t done in years- thinking of us. I know I’m not the only one who is tired of it. You’re not there yet- but eBay finally has a fight on their hands- get serious about commercial selling, always remember us, and TAKE IT ALL! Do that- you take us.
Has some kinks to work out
Similar feel to FBMP. The data is helpful. Would like a way to see the metrics on all of the items. Can’t share FB business page links. Couldn’t mark who I sold to and rate the buyer at the end. Went back to messenger. Kept getting logged out of the app throughout the day.

I’m loving it! It’s super easy to use. It’s nice seeing all of my listings in their own place and being able to communicate with people through it instead of having to use messenger AND going through the Facebook app for Marketplace, is a huge time saver!

Very good app!
I hated having to go to Facebook to check my listings because I always get distracted by my feed. And there are so many buttons to get to each page. But, this app fixes all those issues and so far I have had no problems, sold several things, and have been very satisfied with it.
A few tweaks needed 🌹
I am so grateful for a separate app. I'm loving the platform so far just a few tweaks needed. I would like to be able to share with. and on my page. I do have to go into Facebook to do that. Also, when I mark as sold, sometimes it's thru another platform, Facebook would ask me that; and allow me to say " sold somewhere else"; that would be nice to have that feature added. Overall great decision META! Looking forward to doing more business with you!

I can only imagine that the reason why this app doesn’t have access to marketplace is due to a concern of losing users across Facebook but on the other hand why invest so much in an app but not include the most critical part? It would be like eBay having an app but then not giving access to view other listings. Missed the mark with this one.

Not what we wanted
Meta was thiiis close 🤏 to making a perfect marketplace app. I guess it can be useful if you buy and sell a lot on marketplace, but I think what everyone wanted was a marketplace app entirely separate from Facebook that only has the marketplace feed + messenger. I'm a little disappointed but this can easily be fixed.

Doesn’t work
App doesn’t work it just always says sorry something went wrong now my marketplace isn’t working either

Change it to where I can see and edit the entire Title please. Everything is pretty good so far. Day one of using it!
