No customer service or updates
Customer service hasn’t existed for awhile now, there has been no updates to the app in 4 years, yet the company keeps taking subscriber money…
No customer service
Great app but if something goes wrong, customer service is non existent. For months, it has not been working properly- there is no response whatsoever from customer service
Useless unless you pay.. per usual
It’s completely useless unless you pay for it. Downloaded it and see for yourself. You would think this would be free to use considering the outrageous 20% fee Poshmark takes from sellers.

This used to be an amazing app but now it hasn’t been updated in 4 years and customer support no longer responds.

Poshmark has changed yet this app has not changed for 3 years. I have found info that hasn’t been accurate and has cramped up on me.
Abandoned App
This app has the ability to be the best seller bot available, but sadly, it hasn’t been updated for 2years.
More option should share and send offer automatically
Look for more updates but it’s quite cool
Not working properly
I’ve had this app for awhile and found it very useful but as of last month, I get a Failure message indicating rows of data have been moved or deleted when trying to import my Poshmark sales report. I’ve reached out via FB & Insta using the links provided in the app and have had no response. I’ve also emailed and no reply to that either. I’ve confirmed with Poshmark that there have been no changes to the sales report format at their end.

PLEASE let me turn the chime OFF!!!!
Overall pretty good, but not quite as sortable as I’d like for the subscription price
The one thing that drives me NUTS is the stupid cash register sound that has no “off” option. My phone can be on mute with the volume all the and down and the chime will still go off loudly. Extremely annoying.

Can’t use the app
I don’t have a Poshmark seller history yet so I can’t use the tool. Poshmark doesn’t provide a history for new accounts. Very frustrating.
Lots of numbers
Meaningless without an autoshare feature. I have 500 listings to share, relist, rewrite and so on. Being sent to the app so I can do all that myself is just ridiculous. I can stay on Poshmark, not pay $10 a month and do the same thing. Stats are nice but...

I absolutely love this app! I have tried many others in attempt to streamline my Poshmark and Mercari sales, and this is the only consistent one that I ALWAYS come back to. Reasonably priced for the vast amount of knowledge and use it provides! You will not regret using it!😁👌
Love it!
Great app for keeping track of which items need relisting. When I first downloaded it, I had over 300 items that needed to be relisted. It’s a quick process, once you get the hang of it you’ll be able to relist an item in under a minute! :)
Amazing app!
I love this app. It makes relisting items on Poshmark so easy. I’m also able to cross post to eBay with their copy listing feature. I also really enjoy keeping track of my numbers daily. I wish they had a affiliate referral program so I could share it with my subscribers and followers. Regardless it’s an awesome app!

Needs work
The relist feature saves me absolutely no time vs relisting on Poshmark. I have to sync the app after each item relisted. The cha Ching chime only worked the first few days after I enabled it. I do like all the tracking features, which is worth the money.
Best customer service ever
Every time I reach out about a potential feature I would like to see, they do their best to add it (within reason). I’m no one special - just a random no name seller, but they seem very motivated to create the best app they can.
Good customer service is the most important thing you can have from a company, everything else is second in my opinion.
The features are great and super convenient. Crossposting and delisting/relisting feels like it would be cumbersome, but it’s really not. It’s fast, easy, and great for making sales.
For crosslisting, I prefer it to Vendoo & List Perfectly because I can do it all from my phone - which is a MUST for my business.
The analytics offered are priceless (still better than what Posh or ANY other platform gives you). They’re digestible and informative and have definitely helped me become more strategic.
Bottom line - this app will help you make more money as a reseller on Posh, and the company is one you’ll feel good supporting.

Love it but...
I wish there was a way to manually record sales from other platforms besides Poshmark. I love this app but I want stats on all the platforms!
Say goodbye to randomized listings and hello to orderly listings
I upgraded to pro subscription, and my Poshmark closet feels much better organized for my buyers and shoppers with search by category feature. Good bye random listings, and hello to intentional order! Staff support was responsive and adequate to technical inquiry. Seller Insight adds ease and joy to my daily work. I look forward to maintaining my business with them.

Relists
Thank you so much for making the relist project so much easier for my stale poshmark listings! I had to get help to relist over 300 items in my posh closet that I had no idea were so old. By relisting them sales were Stellar this month and things started moving again. Your app makes it so easy to see so many eye opening things!
