Designed for efficiency and simplicity, the app gives sellers everything they need to manage their store, catalog, and orders - all from their phone. DASHBOARD & ANALYTICS Get a real-time overview of your seller account the moment you open the app: - Total products listed - Pending products awaiting admin approval - Active products visible to buyers - Product category count - Recently added products at a glance PRODUCT MANAGEMENT Add, view, and manage your full product catalog with powerful listing tools: - Upload multiple product images directly from your photo library - Set product name, description, base price, material, and product code - Assign products to categories and parent categories - Define color variants with hex color values and minimum order quantities (MOQ) - Set size variants across a wide range of sizing systems: Standard, Numeric, EU, UK, US, Kids, Ring, Pants, Centimeters, Inches, Volume, and more - Mark products as Free Size or Bundle - Enable or disable quantity selection per product - Add an optional product link - Products go through an admin review workflow (Pending > Approved > Active) - Mark products as Sold Out when stock is unavailable ORDER MANAGEMENT Stay on top of every incoming order with full order detail visibility: - View all orders placed for your products - Review each order line item: product name, color, size, quantity, and price - Respond to each order line with fulfillment status: Available or Out of Stock - Suggest alternate products, colors, or sizes for out-of-stock items - Add seller notes to order items - Track order status updates and admin feedback PROFILE & SETTINGS - View and edit your seller profile (shop name, email, phone number) - Complete your vendor details before listing products - Toggle push notifications on or off - Switch app language between Simplified Chinese and English - Secure sign-out PERMISSIONS - Photo Library: Required to upload product images when creating or editing listings - Push Notifications: Used to alert sellers about new orders, order status updates, and platform announcements WHO IS THIS APP FOR?
