Extremely Poor Customer Support – 8 Days No Resolution
Selloship ka experience bahut hi disappointing aur frustrating raha hai. Pichhle 8 din se ek hi matter pending hai, lekin ab tak na proper resolution mila hai aur na hi clear communication. Support team se baar-baar follow up karne ke baad bhi sirf generic replies milte hain, actual solution zero hai.
Customer support bilkul unprofessional lagta hai — na responsibility lete hain, na timeline batate hain, aur har baar same cheez repeat karte hain. Ek simple issue ko itna lamba kheenchna shows how poorly their operations are managed.
Agar aap apne business ke liye reliable platform dhundh rahe ho, to Selloship bilkul recommend nahi karunga, kyunki yahan time, energy aur mental peace tino waste hoti hai. Worst service experience so far.

They are providing worst service and they are truly liar. they have looted my Approximately ₹ 3000. they are not even responding properly on there service call numbers I recommend to use Shiprocket instead of this useless app
Worse application
They find you under the term “volumetric weight” while the application only asks for net weight in the order details… their customer executives don’t help you out with queries worst service.
Fraud people
Fraud people . Worst service never use their services even local couriers are much better than them .
