Can’t access

I paid for a premium subscription and can’t even access my account on the app.

App crashes in iOS 13

Need regression testing when new OS comes out.
doesn’t seem to take advantage of dark screen settings,
Would be nice if price & advice rule templates could save last settings, or select multiple lines for group edit.

Not happy 🙁

I tried the app for several days and it kept returning a error message for all my scans. I did get about 6-8 scans to work which was nice and gave me some useful information but as I mentioned it didn’t work 80% of the time.

Also, how do I cancel my subscription? There isn’t a link in the app to cancel, there isn’t a phone number to call or a email to contact either.

I looked in the App Store for cancellation information and nothing shows up. I DO NOT want to be charged $11.99/mo for this app that doesn’t work for me.

Please contact me ASAP to help me cancel. Thank you!

Requires amazon seller account to use upgrade

I am an eBay only seller. But I thought this was a great sourcing tool. I bought the subscription just to unlock unlimited scans. It’s not until AFTER you purchase it notifies you that it needs an amazon seller Id to do this. I don’t have amazon seller, so when I looked into upgrading my amazon account I realized that would be an extra $39.99 a month just to use this app. I want my money back.

Top Notch App

Once you get this app configured, the simplicity and intuitiveness is just unbelievable and spot on.

I love the configuration approach. They’re like building blocks that you can custom fit based on your business needs.

I’ve test drove other apps and I just can’t leave Sellzee despite its limitations. This app will leave all other apps in the dust once it develops its own downloadable database and make it compatible with Android. For the time being, if I don’t get any signal I leave.
