Disappointing
New update is a step backward. Colour theme is terrible. Please bring back old theme. Graphs are not very user friendly and prefer the older version for ease of use. Before I would quickly see daily usage, now it’s much harder to follow and nowhere as simple as before.
Dark mode
Despite all known sftw bugs that Goodwe struggles or isn’t willing to fix, I wonder why still no dark mode is available?
Please add landscape orientation!
While the app is an improvement, it’s still unfortunately lacking landscape mode.

better than older version
this new app is very nicely developed. have all what i need to complete daily power monitoring. if possible, please add more rate schedule from different utility company.
Offline notification
It would be really beneficial if there was a notification capability to inform owners when the solar is offline. The end of day report is too late.
Not an improvement
Don’ bother with SEMS+. The charts are not as clear, the bar charts appear to only compare 2 years and not all years. The presentation is insipid(dull and uninspired).

Changed graph
Why the change to the graph? Full colour to a line. Graph looked more positive. I know it doesn’t matter, but why change.
App update 3 days ago
App is not collecting data after the app update 3 days ago. How do I fix this?
Could be better
The app is useful but there are two improvements that would make it so much better:
1. The new colour scheme for the power graph is terrible. All the colours are almost the same! Please change it back.
2. Allow multiple logins. My husband and I both like to monitor our usage and keep logging each other out.

Useful App
The color changes to the graph in the latest version are not very good. The previous colors were better. Please bring it back.

Totally hopeless
I’ve had the battery installed the today which is working well but the app has crashed three times in one day. The only way to see what’s going on is to reinstall the app constantly. If you want to know what’s happening with your battery don’t buy this battery as the app is unreliable.
Downgrade
Much harder to use and understand with features and information removed. The numbers have been removed from the graph making it useless. Don’t see anything new added so don’t see the point in a new app instead of an update.
Tiny numbers
The numbers on the monitoring page are tiny, and the battery percentage number is about 1/4 the size of the other numbers. There is so much white blank space on the page, the numbers could be so much larger and easier to see.
Receiving alert messages
I love the new SEMS+ app. Good improvement over the portal. What I miss in the app is a way to receive an alert when there is a problem. I was without Solar power for a few days without knowing there was a problem.
Nice App
Great app but how are you supposed to be able to delete alarm history? No option exists!
Daily generation report
Hi, would be nice to have a daily generation report, the same as what’s in the message tab in the old app, makes it easier to view the daily history

Great Updated App
This app is a great update, however there is a misleading / erroneous calculation. The revenue is calculates from total generation when it should be calculated on generation fed back the the grid. Ideally, there should be a revenue calculation which displays the revenue fed back to the grid using the feed-in price, and there should be a savings value which is calculated by the electricity supply price and the in-house kw used.
