Since the recent updated the usage graphs are no longer working.

Update has made app worse
For some reason they have updated the app and now you are unable to see the graph showing what is going to the grid. It was fine before. Why change it. Now you get no info on the graph if it goes under 0kw. Poor poor update. Please fix this

Hopeless. Spends most time OFF LINE then when on line enquiries made you have to be an IT genius to interpret instructions.

Dreadful Clunky App
This app is so bad to use. It is completely non-intuitive and most of the buttons don’t work - when you click on them, they just exit you from the app. Support is also useless and just sends you instructions that are impossible to interpret. I would give a negative rating if I could. This app needs a total redesign!

Does Goodwe really take note?
Does anyone actually read these reviews and care? It appears not given the comments and reviews have consistently been bad for at least the last 5 years! Developing apps these days should be child play so I don’t understand why it’s that difficult to either make an app that works or, take note of the feedback and actually fix it.

No funciona Bien, inestable, muy difícil de entendre la Info. No se sabe cuanto gastas i cuanto tienes que comprar o el total o poder acceder al historial o al minuto. Poco clara.
Waste of time downloading it
For the past 6 months at least , the app won’t open on the iPad. When I try it just flicks right off again. For iPad download SEMS+ instead it works fine but no history from before it’s downloaded unfortunately. And the review here won’t even go.
