An app with no practical use. Very limited interaction capability. No real benefit for the user other than an advertisement platform for the mall.

I find the redemption process unnecessarily complicated, as it requires going through the concierge instead of allowing independent uploads. The need to wait for approval makes the process inefficient and inconvenient.
Additionally, this system gives the impression that my spending is being questioned, which feels uncomfortable. It also makes me feel unappreciated in terms of the effort I have made to collect these points.
I hope there can be improvements to make the process more user-friendly and respectful to customers.
