Each money transfer is assigned a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), which is provided on your receipt. You can use this MTCN to track the status of your transfer and ensure it reaches its destination, offering peace of mind.
The app itself is free to download and use for registration. However, there are fees associated with each money transfer, which are standard for Western Union services. Payment is accepted via credit or debit card.
To initiate a money transfer, you will need the inmate's full name, their account number, and the name of the correctional facility where they are housed. Having this information readily available ensures a smooth and efficient transaction.
