Best easy top up application
Lost £15 to this app and it doesn’t open anymore.
It worked once upon a time
This used to be an amazing app. A real diamond. I only never used the money transfer, as they did not offer the home delivery for customers sending from Australia. I was sending electricity monthly to my momma and my sista from 2021, I was even sending takeaways. July 2023 they just cut both services with no warning. Very disappointing.

I am very disappointed by this app, I thought it does instant airtime top up. I tried sending a relative who was in dire need of airtime, airtime and all I got where deductions on my bank account and no airtime was delivered. It really let me down when i needed it the most.
Customer service is NOT good ☹️
Last week I had sent some money to a friend overseas, but had made a schoolboy error. What I had done was to send it in the form of MOBILE top up and not as I had meant to send it, as to go into the mobile WALLET.
The next day I seen my mistake and sent Senditoo an email asking for them to transfer it from data into cash. Then over the weekend, I had NOT had a response back from them, then on the Monday afternoon I phoned them up, and spoke to a guy. But he just told me to email them. So once more I did just that. NOTHING on the Tuesday, so I phoned them back several times, as I kept getting a message from their mobile provider that no one could take the call. Then in the end, I got to speak to the SAME guy, he even remembered me from the other day talking to him. He told me that HE personally would look into it for me. Then still NOTHING on Wednesday, tried to call them up, but just kept getting the SAME MESSAGE as before, so I left my information. It is NOT Thursday, and have tried TWICE in calling them this morning, but I only keep getting their mobile network message, that no one to take my call.
My friend is in desperate need of the money, as by tomorrow it will have been a WEEK from me sending it.
I hope that someone from management looks at this message, as if they do not get the money by the weekend, then I will be REMOVING this app off my phone and use a BETTER app, as this one has been fine until now.
Get staff to answer their phone and deal with ANY problems that a customer has, as without customers, Senditoo will have NO money coming in.
