Doesn’t allow you to log in
I’ve tried logging in from multiple phones on different networks but same issue. My personal Android works, but none of my work iPhones can log in, even though they are fully updated.

Doesn’t work for tracking package
I had to buy something off amazon.com and they sent both packages by Pitney Bowes and I have never heard of them or what happens in Canada and was looking for something to track my packages and all that comes up first is a log in screen

Hello Todd, Thank you for your review, and sorry to hear that you were not able to login. Since it is not possible to test the app on every model of iPhones, we have mentioned “certified to work on” for the models we have physically tested with. Lately we have tested with iPhone X and have updated the list. However, it should work will all models with iOS 9 and above. You mentioned - you were not able to login. Just wanted to know if you have a valid SendSuite Tracking Online subscription.

Even tried copying and pasting login and password from keychain. No login allowed. Non functional app.
Login Issue
I use this site daily for all of my shipping labels, but for some reason the app won't let me log in. Says invalid username and or password. Yes I've made sure the information is correct...

Sorry for a late response. Typically we have a support number listed in the app to handle issues. Would like to know if your login issue is resolved.
