Love the concept and the platform, but new products are not kept current and marketing materials are old.
Doesn’t work
The app won’t even open no matter how many times I agree to the updated terms.
Looks great, but...
But you can’t get past login. Doesn’t matter what sequence you do, it asks for login, face id for next time, and to agree to terms and conditions. Unfortunately, that’s all the app does. Sad because this looks like it could have been an amazing tool for my business.
Won’t load/login
After entering login info, it prompts to agree to terms. Whether I agree or view then agree, nothing happens after - it just goes back to the login screen.
Products videos don’t play
Disappointed that the latest product videos don’t play in a preview anymore.
Don’t know what happened with this version of the app, as the videos used to play within the app for preview. Not anymore.

I have been using SeneGence for a few years now and I love it. My life had a drastic change and I was unable to work the business like I had dreamed I would.
We took in 4 foster children and they are all girls. My husband and I was ready for retirement but God had other plans for us.
We are Blessed and most days stressed but we have survived our 1st year. Praise God.!!
I recently rejoined and this time I want to do videos and become very active about my sales. Lisa Tippin Morris is my hero. I love her style and her confidence. She is a blessing to watch.

Not working correctly still
Trying to text our beauty book and it simply sends beauty book. No link or anything. It’s been 2 weeks and I can’t send the beauty book or a video.
A good concept that’s been poorly executed...
I’ve only gotten it to work maybe twice. It won’t even open anymore. I’ve tried redownloading it... and nothing works. It’s frustrating. And it looks like it hasn’t gotten any new info uploaded for a while. All the flyers are for the “older” new products.

After the last update the app won’t load on my phone.
Can't sign in
I'm trying to use my correct info to sign in. It doesn't recognize my distributor id which is correct and it doesn't take my correct password. Can't use it.

I thought since all the technology was being updated (announced way back in April) that this app would be better... but I can’t even open it anymore...

Very confusing to set up profile.
I accidentally put a social media username in the wrong spot and now it wont let me delete it. So it has my username under AIM and I don’t have that platform but it’s going to tell customers I do? And how do I view my profile from a customers view? I’m disappointed overall. I haven’t wanted to keep trying because I get so frustrated. No way I will pay for this app if it starts costing me 💵
