App doesn’t work. The Seneca Allegany logo shows and then just blank screen.
Worst app I’ve ever been on
Can’t ever get on the app. All you get is a blank screen. Why don’t somebody fix it been like this for a very long time
Terrible website and app!
The website and app need completely redone! Especially the Social Club (Players Club), when you book a hotel room there is no way to go in and make changes to your reservation, you are forced to call their customer support to make changes and some of them are shady! Today I was asked to verify my account with my birthdate, I refused, she then said I need to verify with my birthdate OR my drivers license number! I asked why that information would be in my file in the first place and why would customer service phone person have access to that personal information!?!
I tried to find on the website or app a way to report this to management or someone but the only phone number available leads me right back to those same customer support people.
Just beware when using their app or website!
If someone from the casino reads this please respond with a number I can call to discuss this very concerning situation!

App crashes an freezes absolutely terrible.

Can’t never get on app hit open and it loads then disappears for amount of money I play there and lose they could get a good computer programmer I believe

This app was useful for the first couple days of having it, now it doesn’t do anything at all. Very poor. Definitely needs updated or something. If it continued to work it would be very useful and helpful and would save some time from having to go to the kiosk to check things.

The hotel vs app
The hotel is wonderful. The restaurant offers a nice selection.

Personnel
I must say my husband and I were there yesterday and he won a jackpot and had to call for an attendant. She came over and was the most unfriendly person to him and asked for his social security card which he not I carry with us. We have won at other casinos and been always greeted by friendly people and never had to show a social security card. It was not a pleasant experience and not sure we will go back

Can never get on app ! Always says offline !! Have to go to Niagria or buffalo apps to check my promos . Getting to be a big pain . Been like this for 3 or more months ! Now I can’t even get info for Allegany on any of the apps ! Keeps saying no info available ! Could you please fix the app !!
Help with apps
We loved the Seneca apps but both Allegheny and Niagara apps will not open.
Has potential
But needs updated badly. Crashes. Blank screen. Last updated may 15. We love Seneca. Please update this app!!!
