The New Update Ruined The App
Before the update I could pay my mortgage very easily, it even new what the payment was. Now after the update, it’s nearly impossible to pay it and it doesn’t know what my payment is. So now I have to wait for the letter with my statement in it to know what to pay.
Good features but slower than previous version
The app makes it easy to access account information, make transfers and mobile deposits but overall performance is slower than previous system
Update ruined it
This “fantastic” upgrade to their mobile app and online access that they have been emailing us about is not so stellar in my opinion. The app is now slow to respond to any request, the bill pay is still unavailable and I had to re-add my phone number even though it had JUST texted me a login code.
Hoping the fixes and improvements to come really do improve it because right now it is nothing but frustrating.

Terrible
App is terrible, working with this bank is very difficult. Password reset link never works and bank has limited hours for when you need assistance. Changing banks asap.
Electronic deposits
Your electronic deposit system constantly rejects pictures of checks, even though they are very clearly visible, and all four corners are included. Very frustrating. Having to deal with this every time I deposit never had this problem with two other banks that I have dealt with previously. Needs attention.

Poor development
This App is terrible. It crashes all of the time and always tells me I need to call even when I enter the correct credentials. Incredibly frustrating
