They used to be smooth used in singapore. Easy top up. Now i cant even top up the card for my daily use. For past 2 days support never replied. Update 03 sept 2020 update. I gave them 2 stars but after learning from the news. It was not their fault. They truly deserve 5 stars for all the usable features in sg.

Really happy
Pretty good so far. Interest rates for your crypto are pretty high. Support always answers in a few hours. Syndicate events are very interesting. Still waiting for my card to arrive in Europe, but hoping for April !
Very convenient
It's a good app that I use daily. I do however find it slightly buggy and therefore should probably still be classes as BETA. It is also a bit frustrating that you can funds to their exchange through the app, but you can't draw it out through the app. The exchange is still in BETA, but I would like to see this feature soon.

Scam.
Invested 5000$ into this trading app. Increased to 7000$ went to withdraw all of my money . They froze my balance would not let me withdraw due to I need to pay 23% in tax. I had to send them 1600 in tax. Ok done. They then said I need to pay a withdraw fee of 30% or 2000$.
