App not working
I tried logging in and it keeps spoiling, I can’t get pass the sign in page. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it doesn’t work. Please help!!
Doesn’t work anymore
This app used to work perfectly but immediately closes when I open it. I removed and re downloaded and it’s still happening. Not happy as I’m a distributor and updates aren’t helping the issue. Doesn’t happen with my other apps!
Constantly crashes
App constantly crashes if you have multiple items in your cart and try to check out.
Not working on ipad
Won’t open on iPad and have to log in twice via Samsung phone
Order history doesn’t show up
I really like the app for the most part, but I couldn’t seem to figure out how to split my payment methods when placing an order yesterday and ended up having to finish the transaction through my laptop. Another issue is that my order history is always blank. For those reasons it is a bit frustrating to use. I do like how you can easily see the restocked and new products pretty easily.

Good & Bad
I love placing orders through the app, it always goes off without a hitch! The bad, is the notifications for new products and restocks. I get the notifications, but when I go to see what they are there is nothing there, OR it’s products that were from weeks ago.
Not as convenient as I’d like
I get notifications about new products or products back in stock but when I open the app I usually get blank screens. I can almost never see my order history. Would prefer to just get emails and login to the website but they don’t send those out for restocks.
Great when it works
This app is terrific when it works. It isn’t updated when products are out of stock. It also doesn’t filter properly- it appears it does until you click on the product and then a different product shows up. I have contacted SeneGence about these issues a few times and only got a reply one saying they were working on it. That was weeks ago and nothing changed. Very frustrating. Today I can’t even open my past orders, I just get a blank screen.

Edit: now the app is perfect they added Face ID and Touch ID.

It’s convenient, fast and easy to use! I share product information with customers using a screen shot!
Awesome App!
I really love this app! It helps with business a ton, especially with helping someone pick out the right lip colors! Plus, I absolutely love trying on all the different products before I buy. But, I do wish it had the foundation shades, it could really help in color matching someone.
Won’t open
I used to love this app and make all my orders through it, but now it won’t even open for me anymore...
Crashes.
I’ve downloaded and deleted and updated my XR and this app still crashed. I deleted an old app I had for ordering and now it’s just gone. (Which I knew would probably happen when I deleted it) BUT 😫now I don’t have an app to use when I’m out and about. My husband is a techy and he couldn’t understand it either.

Cannot check out
This ap has not been updated and no longer works on my phone. While I am able to add products to the shopping cart, I am not able to view the cart and cannot check out. Completely defeats the purpose of the app.
Face ID
I love this app! I would like for an update to allow enabling Face ID to log in! That’s all I would change. It’s a great tool for business use.
