Doesn’t work anymore
This app does not cooperate during the set-up. It wants me to turn on my local network but it’s already on. What’s the point.

Can’t login to existing account or created a new one.

Like so many other users, my light stopped working years ago, and I’ve been trying to get into the app off & on and every time I do, I can’t get in these lights were fairly more expensive than the other lights and when they worked, they worked great but like everyone else they just randomly stopped working and now there’s no way to get them back and without being able to login you can’t get a hold of anyone

This sucks
This sucks so much. It worked so well and now it doesn’t do anything. I just want what I had before. I can’t even sign in or create a new account.
The company went bankrupt
No point in purchasing or buying any products from them. My color changing lightbulb recently stopped working, and when I went to re-register it with the app I learned the company no longer exist. Therefore, my lightbulb doesn’t work how it should because there is no server to register it.
Servers down & support gone
The servers for this app have been repurposed, app support is gone. Device functionality is as basic product now.

Was great, but now…
It’s like they’ve stopped jumped ship on keeping their product updated. My lights used to work, now there’s connectivity issues. Can’t even log into the app anymore.

I’ve been trying to get an account for my LED lights, but it says I cannot do it and I would not recommend it

The app is completely dysfunctional, constantly getting error messages at every turn. You would be better off just buying a bulb in the color you want. I’ve wasted hours and so much money on these, don’t make my mistake.
Broken App
All I get is sign-in failure. It logged me out and I can’t log back in or create a new account with a different email address. Just broken.

Avoid Sengled
This company is trash. The light is NOT usable with Alexa. It used to work with Alexa but now it suddenly doesn’t.
This app doesn’t seem to be supported any longer.
I can’t access my old account and I can’t create a new account. Password resets don’t work. I don’t think Sengled is supporting this app anymore and App Store should remove it.
4 year review
During my 4 years with the same exact bulbs and hub they have worked extremely well. I got them the same time as my Apple HomePod mini. I would say within the last 2 years though there have been some times where the app was the result of my commands not working. Saying that my lights were on when they really weren’t. Recently I’ve had the app give me an issue with operation failed and even now getting back into the app. Which turns them into regular light bulbs. Im hoping the issue gets resolved soon.

This company is bankrupted, they ceased all their operations but forgot to remove app from store. Apple should remove this app immediately!

Malfunctions
This app has been having issues since day one. I recently was trying to login because and it keeps telling me operation has failed. Which is weird because my password is saved in my phone. Try reloading and still having the same problem. Now this has left me with a bold that I can’t even use.
Can’t login
App used to be decent, had two lights, decent effects. I can no longer alter their hue, intensity, etc because I can’t even log into the app whatsoever. Will not purchase again
