Unfortunately zero or negative stars is not an option. This app doesn’t work, and hasn’t worked properly in the several years I’ve tried to use it.

This app is the worst. They won’t let you log in- operation failed error over and over. I have deleted and removed the app and reinstalled several times and still getting the same error. Not to mention, when I was in the app- it wouldn’t let me add a new bulb. I’ve never been more frustrated with a product, company and app in my life!

This app doesn’t event let you create an account it’s embarrassing that the developers got to this point and even still continue to manufacture this product

This app and lights worked for a few months and then it just went out of service. The app doesn’t work nor do the lights. Very disappointing. Stay away from this brand!!!!! Terrible product
12 year olds have made apps that work as described.
Why sell your products if the app doesn’t work because if the app doesn’t work I can’t use the bulb?

Absolute Waste of Money – Worst Product Ever
If I could give this app 0 stars, I absolutely would. I’ve spent 3 years trying to get the app to work, and nothing has changed. I have never written a review for an app in my life, but this one is so unbelievably bad that I felt the need to say something.

No longer works
It is very annoying that I still have 4 of these lightbulbs and the app no longer works 😡
App Sucks
I can’t sign into the app due to a network timeout. I’ve had nothing but trouble with my bulbs when the app did work. Was gifted new light bars and can’t use them because I can’t get into the app.

Worked initially but has been abandoned and no longer functional. Completely worthless!!!
Not worth it
I haven’t been able to create an account. Keeps saying operation failed and try again. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times and still nothing. I haven’t even been able to enjoy these light. Smh

App and light bulbs issues
The app has been working fine, but suddenly, for the past couple of months, I haven't been able to use my light bulbs because the app won't let me log in, and the bulbs aren't working properly. I bought them about two and a half years ago and hardly ever use them. What a waste of money and time.
