Helpful for teachers
I am using the app to teach English to non-native speakers. I appreciate all the sample sentences. I would like to see some supplementary exercises from the creator, or perhaps some commentary. Well done SenGram!
SenGram is the best
SenGram majorly helped me with my diagramming sentences. I went from getting D’s and C’s on grammar quizzes and now I’m getting A’s. Thank you SenGram.
Complaint
App Store sight should specifically state that this app is ***NOT*** have a sentence diagram generator function. Really. One should not have to read other buyers’ reviews after purchasing to figure that out. I just bought it and would like a refund. Misleading, at best.
Needs to be more interactive
I love diagramming but I wish we could draw the lines and place the words in any order we choose. I was taught to place the verb first and diagram the sentence around it, that makes more logical sense than following the words from beginning to end. Also, having the lines pre-drawn gives too many clues. But it’s still better than any other similar app I’ve seen.

Misleading
If you want to buy an app to watch videos that you could watch online for free and then take a “challenge”, then this is the app for you. It is not an app that helps with sentence diagramming as portrayed. It was a waste of money
App Crashes
Since the last iphone update Sen Gram crashes on launch. Is this app still being supported?

Great for practice, less great for learning
This is a great app to practice what you already know or to teach yourself to be a grammar mystic, able to diagram by intuition and audacity, but it does not offer a "why." If it had pop-ups telling me why the a server are what they are, it would be exemplary.

Complicated
Honestly this app is not great. Sure diagraming on devices are great but this app can be VERY difficult to use.1) If you try to see how you did on a test it only shows you how you did in the very beginning. 2) it does not let you select which word to pick when putting it in the sentence.instead you flunk if your not paying attention because it did not let you pick the word. 3) It does NOT even diagram correctly. It adds punctuation to the diagram which is INCORRECT! I know that takes a lot of hard work on making an app but why should people trying to teach their kids have to pay money on an app that very COMPLICATED and doesn’t diagram 100 percent correct

Fun app
This app is fun! I’d like to see an added function that lets you input your own sentences and diagram them. That would rock.
Not automated
I was looking for a basic tool to automatically diagram a semi complex sentence. This is not that tool. This is a training toy for kids.
Fantastic Tool
I have learned a great deal about structure of grammar using this tool, and have revisited it off and on over the years for reference. Plus, I just found it fun trying to solve the puzzles.

Not user friendly and false advertised
Would not recommend this app at all. It is difficult to figure out, not user friendly. And you cannot use your own sentences to diagram. I was under the impression this app would diagram sentences for me.
No longer works
This app stopped working after iPhone’s last update.
Outstanding app outstanding support
I had a problem with my iPad. The SenGram screen only showed a vertical line. I sent an email to SenGram support and they responded within a couple of hours. With the tips they gave me I was able to use the app. I have found this a very easy and enjoyable way to learn some difficult grammar concepts.
