I wish I could give the app a minus zero. Why in the world doesn’t the developers fix this?

App was working fine until update. Now I am not able to connect as app crashes immediately after opening. Please fix the issue.

App crashes immediately after opening
The app immediately closes as soon as I open it. This makes the massager completely useless. I deleted and reinstalled the app - no luck. Until this is fixed the device is not worth having. If it is t fixed soon, I’ll be seeking a total refund for the device.
