SeniorConnect Family

SeniorConnect Familia helps you support an older loved one in their day to day, in a simple and respectful way, and always with their consent. With this app, you (their family) set up and look after their phone remotely, without having to be by their side. SeniorConnect works with two apps that talk to each other: this one, for you, and the one your loved one uses on their own phone. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Link their phone securely with a one-time code. • Add their contacts with a photo and number, so they can call with a single tap on a large face. • Choose the contacts for their help button. • Set up medication reminders (name, dose and time) and appointments. • See their phone status: whether it's on, its battery and last activity. • Receive their alerts: help request, low battery, offline or no activity. • Check their location when you need to, only if they have it enabled and always with their consent. ABOUT THE HELP BUTTON When your loved one presses the help button, their phone calls the family and notifies you. SeniorConnect is NOT an emergency service and does NOT contact emergency services: it alerts the people you have set up. For a real emergency, always call your local emergency number. DESIGNED FOR RESPECT, NOT CONTROL • Location is only shared with their consent and only while they are using the phone. No background tracking and no permanent history. • Their phone always shows a notice that their family is accompanying them. • We ask only for the minimum data necessary.
