Superior Product, Not Just For Seniors
This is an excellent and much needed product for anybody who wants a little help to separate scams from legitimate, safe messages - which I think is everybody, not just seniors. I use it every day. Nothing is perfect in the digital age, but this product has never failed me. Highest recommendation.

Misleading and seems scammy itself!
You have a very misleading product.
You advertise and promote a product that assists vulnerable people but then you charge to “help” the same people.
Soo sad. I’m sure this probably works on people because you are targeting the same people that fall for scams.

The app is for senior citizens who are on social security with budget issues. Why not make the app FREE

My father has been falling for some scams. I used to call him every day and let him know about scams and how to spot them. This enables him to receive daily messages on scam prevention. It also helps him validate if messages are scams. Now when I call him, we can talk about more important things :)

Amazing tool
This is something that could benefit everyone. There are so many scams out there and a lot are becoming increasingly legit and it’s a pain to have to deal with them and constantly figure out whether they are a scam or not. With this app, you don’t have to wonder, it will verify whether a text is a scam! Amazing tool. I recommend it for anyone, but especially aging seniors who are the most vulnerable to scams.

More savvy avoiding scams
This app has been so helpful with my aging father!! He has early onset dementia and gets so many spam calls, texts, and emails that he was falling for scams constantly. (Before Senior Shield we had to replace his credit card at least 12 times!) There is nothing else out there quite like this product! I love being able to check in on him and make sure he gets information on the latest scams and how to identify and avoid them. We’ve noticed a difference since we subscribed him to the premium feature

Already saved my dad 1500 dollars!
Downloaded it because my dad can’t stop falling for spams. I got a text yesterday from senior shields and it already prevented a scam from happening! the government should require this to be installed on all devices!
Peace of Mind
This app has been so helpful with my parents. I could send a test phishing text to my parents sitting right next to me and watch what they do. After I could explain that it was a fake text trying to trick them.
The quiz was great too. They did better than I thought actually which gave great peace of mind.
It’s super easy for them to put messages in the app to tell them if a message is legit or fake.
All in all I’m very happy with the app and it’s a huge relief
