A Lifesaver for Anyone Navigating a Diagnosis 🌟🌟
I don’t usually write reviews, but this app absolutely deserves one. When you’re in the middle of trying to get a diagnosis—whether for your child or yourself—it can feel overwhelming trying to explain everything. This app helps turn even the smallest daily struggles into words that are actually heard. It builds a clear, detailed diary that shows the why and when behind what’s happening, even if those moments seem minor at first.
On top of that, the person who created this app is genuinely kind and understanding. Their support has meant a lot to me. I’m looking forward to upgrading to the premium version so I can keep all of my entries in one place. Truly a brilliant tool.

A much needed app for sen parents
I stumbled upon Senlife from Insta, and it couldn’t have came at more perfect time. I use it for creating reports for weekends as I am with my son for four days, so I can share with nursery what he’s done and his behaviours so they can be informed. I highlight any changes in his moods / behaviours, sensory needs then use it as a tool to figure out what would have been the trigger. Dad is away for work so even though we have daily chats, I send a pdf of all his daily summaries before he arrives and home plan just in case I may have missed something.

Simple and effective
SenLife has been a brilliant app for tracking my son’s ADHD behaviour, allowing me to quickly input how he’s been each day and monitoring this over time. Having this information stored and tracked is incredibly useful for ongoing conversations with schools and for assessments. Highly recommend.

A much needed, well designed app
This is a well laid out and thoughtfully designed app. I have a son with ADHD and have lost count of the amount of times I have had to write down or explain his behaviours to schools, clubs and mental health professionals. Having this all in one place that can be easily accessed will be instrumental in helping us all support him better.
